WAYS TO GIVE MONETARY GIFTS
NightLight accepts donations online through our website or via check.

TO GIVE ONLINE
Visit donate.nightlightinternational.com, and select the amount you'd like to give. To set up a recurring monthly gift, be sure to select the "Monthly" box. In the "Program" section, you can designate your gift to a specific branch, program, or staff ministry fund. Once all billing information is complete, click "Checkout" to complete your gift.

To designate your gift to a specific branch, program, or staff ministry fund, please write the designation in the Memo line. For gifts to a staff ministry fund, please write "To the ministry of [staff member's name]." Tip: If you wish to give by check on a monthly basis, we recommend using your bank's automatic bill pay service. This convenient service is easy to set up through your bank's online banking system.
NON-MONETARY GIFTS (IN-KIND DONATIONS)
Every month, we give small gifts to individuals we meet on outreach. In addition, we regularly help meet the practical needs of clients we serve. If you would like to assist with these program needs, sign up for our "Needs & Opportunities" email list! Items needed may include: toys, furniture, clothes, baked goods, etc. Email us at missouri@nightlightinternational.com to sign up. If you'd like a receipt to acknowledge any non-monetary items you donate, please let us know!
HOW CAN I CREATE AN ONLINE ACCOUNT?
Visit donate.nightlightinternational.com and look for the "lock" icon on the right side of the page. Click it to sign up or log in to a donor account. If you use an email address that you've previously used to donate to NightLight, your transaction history should load automatically into your new account. From here, you can print donation receipts, access your tax forms, view transaction history, and update your donation payment methods easily.
WHEN WILL MY ONLINE MONTHLY GIFT BE PULLED FROM MY ACCOUNT?
Your gift will be pulled the same day of the month as the day you initially set it up. If you give your first gift on January 5th, the system will pull each gift on the 5th of every month. (Unfortunately, we are not able to set up a monthly gift to begin on a future date.)
WHAT IF MY CARD OR BILLING INFORMATION CHANGES?
You can update your automatic donation billing information easily through your online account (see above for information on creating an online account). You can also email us at info@nightlightinternational.com or call NightLight at (417) 501-4696, or reach out to your specific staff contact and we can update your information for you. This will keep your gift going with no problems. If you forget to update your information before your normal gift date, or if your gift fails to go through for any reason, don't worry. Our team will be notified, and we will reach out to you to get things re-setup and working properly again.
HOW DO I KNOW MY ONLINE DONATION WENT THROUGH?
If you've given us an email address, you will receive an email confirmation that your donation was successful. If you've set up a monthly gift, you will also receive a monthly email every time your gift is pulled. Mailed checks should be processed in 1-2 weeks after receipt by mail. If this does not happen and you are concerned that your check was not received, please email info@nightlightinternational.com or call us at (417) 501-4696 to confirm.
WHEN WILL I GET A TAX RECEIPT FOR MY DONATION?
NightLight will mail an annual tax receipt for all gifts given in a calendar year before January 31. If you need a receipt for a gift prior to your end-of-year giving receipt, you can set up an online account (see above for instructions) or save the email receipts that are sent to you with each individual donation. Tax receipts will be posted in your online account if you have one. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us if you need additional receipt copies.
