This position is responsible for helping to maintain the daily routine of NightLight's International Program Center (IPC) in Bangkok, our shelter program for internationally trafficked women. This role assists the shelter manager in overseeing the daily routine of program residents while pursuing nurturing, meaningful relationships with them. This is a full-time, support-raised (volunteer) position. A minimum commitment of one year is required.

The Coffee Shop Assistant Manager is responsible for maintaining the daily operations of the coffee shop, as well as making connections with customers. This is a support-raised/volunteer position. A minimum commitment of one year is required.

Outreach Center Staff are responsible for assisting the outreach coordinator with NightLight's outreach efforts--reaching out to Thai and international women in the red-light area where NightLight works. This is a support-raised/volunteer position. A minimum commitment of two years is required.

The Missouri Outreach Specialist will support the outreach program and outreach team as they actively engage in various types of outreach to women in the commercial sex industry for the purposes of being a ministry of presence and relational support. This Outreach specialist may be responsible for a specific area of outreach or provide support to multiple types of outreach depending on current leadership or coordinator needs in specific areas of strategic outreach. The outreach team plays a critical role in identifying and inviting women out of the industry and toward relationship with Jesus and the path of intervention and restoration.

The Intervention Case Manager acts as a crisis response case manager, specializing in intervention resources to assist victims of the commercial sex industry and sex trafficking who are taking active steps to leave their situation. The Intervention Case Manager will also provide case management support to residents in the Daybreak House, working alongside the Daybreak House Manager to determine long-term restoration plans.

The Restoration Case Manager specializes in restoration case management resources to assist survivors of the commercial sex industry and sex trafficking who are working toward long-term holistic restoration, and works to support survivor-driven approaches to personal goals, trauma recovery, and long-term success. The restoration team play a critical role in supporting women who have left exploitation and who need support and encouragement toward relationship with Jesus and the path of holistic restoration.
